What is Hike for Change?
Hike for Change is Path to Possibilities’ annual fundraising walk in support of education for underserved children in Nigeria.
Each year, our community comes together to walk, raise funds, and help create access to safe learning spaces where children can read, learn, and grow.

The confirmed Hike for Change 2025 date is Saturday, 18th October 2025.
11:00 AM START TIME
[We recommend arriving by 10:30 AM so we can begin the hike promptly at 11:00 AM.]

The hike takes place at the Ouse Valley Viaduct, West Sussex.
📍 Haywards Heath Road, Balcombe, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH17 6QP

The Hike will start from Balcombe train station, which will be the meeting point for all hikers.
There is a car park at the train station.
Trains from London to Balcombe are available from London Bridge and London Victoria stations, with some trains also departing from London St Pancras International. The journey time is typically around 50 minutes to 1 hour. Direct trains are available.

Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or trying it for the first time, you’ll be walking alongside a supportive community united by a common cause.

There’s no mandatory registration fee. However, we encourage everyone who registers to set up a personal fundraising page on JustGiving and aim to raise at least £500 to support our cause.

No. If you’re outside London or abroad, you can still support by raising funds or simply donating to the campaign.
