Hike for Change 2026
Join us for an 8-mile hike on October 31, 2026, to raise money for our resource centre and support our children. Without government assistance, we rely on individual donors like you to help us make a difference.
Our Past Charity Events
Covid 19 Food Drive 2020
In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we distributed food to the people of Ikota. We recognized that many children and adults were struggling to meet their basic needs, including access to food. Although this was not our usual focus, we felt compelled to support the community by providing food, possible through your generous donations.
2017 - Resource Center Launch
In 2017, we opened the Resource Centre for the Ikota community. Our goal is to offer children a comfortable and clean space with access to computers and books, aiding them in their homework and helping them learn new computer skills. The centre features a library with different subjects and an area designated for workshops.
2016 Tea Party
In 2016, we hosted a Tea Party at a London venue, attracting esteemed women in business and various distinguished careers. These women came together to raise funds and discuss the critical need for education in Nigeria, exploring ways to support us and make a difference one life at a time. It was an amazing day!
Glitz Glam Give Fundraiser 2014
In 2014, We hosted a fundraiser in London called Glitz Glam Give, aimed at raising funds for the children we sponsor and laying the foundation for our resource centre. The night was enjoyable and filled with purpose. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended and donated. Your contributions made a significant impact.
