Path to Possibilities works to advance education and support disadvantaged young people in Nigeria through charitable activities that further our charitable purposes.

We will use Donations to further our charitable purposes. General Donations may be applied to the areas of our charitable work where we consider the funds are most needed, having regard to our charitable purposes and operational needs.

We may, in appropriate circumstances, refuse or return a Donation where doing so is permitted or required by law or where the trustees determine that accepting or retaining the Donation would not be in the best interests of the charity.

Where a Donation has been made in error, duplicated, obtained fraudulently or otherwise requires review, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details below. We will consider requests for refunds or the return of Donations on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable law and our charitable responsibilities.

Where a Donation is eligible for Gift Aid, we may provide the relevant Gift Aid declaration and supporting information required for the claim.

Where you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalised marketing text messages from Path To Possibilities Charity at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
